Over the years, Kurt’s experience teaching hundreds of keynotes and workshops nationwide with people from all over the world, he discovered all people desire to succeed but many times fall short of their goals. As a result, Kurt uncovered all the crucial elements for the formula of success and wealth that will ultimately help people achieve their goals for success. Steve Olson has been involved in sales with a focus on real estate since 2002. He completed his first real estate deal while still in college and decided to pursue investing as a full time career at that point. Throughout the ups and downs of the market since the early 2000’s, S

teve has completed a wide range of real estate transactions including the sale of raw land, bulk foreclosure packages, single family flips, and single family/small multi family rentals. Steve also trains prospective real estate investors with a heavy emphasis on negotiation and persuasion skills.

 He also hosts the Maximize Your Influence Podcast with Kurt Mortensen and enjoys helping other persuaders take their skills to the next level. He lives with his wife and four children in Lehi, UT.
